Two plead guilt to credit card fraud charges
WEST PALM BEACH — Two West Palm Beach residents have pleaded guilty in federal court to fraud charges for conspiring to traffic in fraudulent credit cards.
Brittany Johnson, 22, and Allen Graham, 28, both of West Palm Beach, pleaded guilty on Friday to one count of conspiracy to commit credit card fraud. Johnson also pleaded guilty to credit card fraud.
According to the documents filed with the court, the defendants conspired to traffic in fifteen or more fraudulent credit cards while Johnson was employed at Best Buy in West Palm Beach, during December and January.
Co-defendant Andrew Robert Wilson, also, known as Marius Tyree Harden, 28, of Tamarac, pleaded guilty on March 27, to conspiracy to commit credit card fraud, credit card fraud, and aggravated identity theft in connection for using another person’s identification during in the commission of a felony.
Sentencing for Johnson, Graham, and Wilson is scheduled for July 8. Johnson and Graham face a maximum sentence of up to seven and a half years in prison. Wilson faces an additional mandatory minimum of 2 years in prison, based on the aggravated identity theft charge. All defendants will be ordered to pay restitution.
