Boca, Boynton, Delray chamber members convene for South County Business Expo and Card Exchange

BOYNTON BEACH — About 300 members of the Boca Raton, Boynton Beach and Delray Beach chambers comerce met at the Courtyard by Marriott on Congress Avenue in Boynton Beach for the South County Business Expo and Card Exchange.

Wednesday's event was the sixth of its kind, begun in 2009 as a means of encouraging regional business development in South Palm Beach County, while offering members of each chamber an opportunity to mingle. The event now has been held twice in each of the three cities. Delray Beach is up next, most likely in May or June.

Also seen at the event: Kelly Smallridge, president of the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County, and Suzi Sims and Beth Johnston of the Lake Worth Chamber of Commerce and formerly with the Delray Beach chamber.
